Fanuc M-710iC/50 RJ3iC Gantry Robot – Plastic Trimming Cell

Excellent Condition Fanuc M-710iC/50 RJ3iC(R-30iA) mounted on a gantry.  This robotic cell is currently set up for automated plastic trimming.  The two-position turntable allows the operator to load and unload parts while the robot is trimming.  The robot is equipped with a spindle motor and a tool changer, allowing it to change tools without operator intervention.
This unit could be repurposed for a wide variety of applications, such as welding, plasma cutting, or thermal spray.  The gantry will come completely refurbished and ready for your application.  If equipped with a Lincoln Welding system, this would be a great cell for welding large parts.  The turntable could be used to reduce downtime while loading and unloading parts or as a positioner.  It could also be removed and replaced with a headstock tailstock to rotate cylindrical parts.
